Portion, the 21st-century NFT auction house and Metaverse development studio, partners with Canadian singer and performer Kiesza and 3d visual artist Luke Didlo to release the MetaMoves motion-capture NFT collection. Portion is donating a percentage from every NFT sale toward the production of 3D-printed prosthetic limbs. In a collaboration with nonprofit organization MediPrint, MetaMoves provides custom prosthetics to those recovering from amputation or living with missing limbs. All NFTs in the MetaMoves collection will be available for purchase on Portion’s platform.
MediPrint is based in Mexico, where there is an estimated 3 million amputees, most of whom have lost limbs due to medical complications or work-related injuries.
